    We offer a few different memberships, which you find on our pricing page. We offer Bi-Weekly & Month-to-Month and personal training packages. There is no registration or sign-up fee and you can cancel at any time. However, we do ask that you provide us with a 30-day cancelation notice.

    All of our walk-ins or membership plans can be purchased directly on our website under our pricing page.

    Sorry at this time, we do not offer babysitting.

    We do not have a direct parking. However, there is plenty of street parking or parking in the strip mall right next to us.
  • Do EMS suits hurt during a workout session

This allows for a full-body workout in just 20 minutes, and the electrical stimulation targets deep muscle tissue, resulting in quicker and more effective muscle growth and fat burning. Additionally, Shock Room Copy's personalized approach ensures that each workout is tailored to individual fitness levels and goals, providing a unique and effective fitness experience for every client.
  • Showing up late for class
    We want to be fair, conciderate and honest. We take a lot of time and consideration into the planning of our programs. We ask that you show up on time for the trainers and the clients.
  • Do you offer private classes
    We do not offer private classes. However, we do offer 1x1 personal training. During personal training sessions, you have the opportunity to discuss with your trainer how you would like your training structured, and your trainer will guide and adjust the workouts as appropriate to your needs and goals. Our personalized approach focuses on tailoring the session to your specific requirements, ensuring that you get the most out of your workout experience.
  • How often should I take classes
    We suggest/reccomend to train a minimum of 3-4 times a week for our General Group Fitness Classes. For our EMS Classes, we recommend no more then 3-times a week and should be spaced apart to allow your body to recover.
  • What is your clas schedule

  • How far in advance can I reserve a class
    Our class schedule and booking open up 2 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan and secure your spot in your desired fitness classes ahead of time. This means that you can book your classes as far out as 2 weeks, ensuring that you have the flexibility to plan your workout routine according to your schedule. Whether you’re a regular attendee or a new member, this advance booking system allows you to stay on track with your fitness goals and helps you to avoid last-minute class availability issues. We believe in providing our members with the convenience and freedom to structure their fitness journey, and our extended booking window is designed to support this commitment.
  • What kind of classes do you offer
    We offer about 2 dozen classes that we circulate every few weeks to switch up the workout routine. This means that our classes will have something for everyone and cater to all fitness levels. You can find the details of all the classes we offer on our Class Schedule page on our website. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, we strive to provide a diverse and dynamic range of classes to keep our members engaged and motivated in their fitness journey.
  • What should I wear
    We suggest you wear comfortable clothes and supportive foot wear. If you are taking an EMS Class with our suit. We provide the under garment for that. We also have that available for puchase.
  • Do you allow walk-ins
    No, beacsue we are a small gym and our classes book up fast and typically has a wait-list. We do require a reservation, regardles of what package you purchase with us. You can make a reservation and book any class with your purchase of any walk-in pass.
  • How many people are in a class
    At Shock Room Fitness we pride ourselves on providing a personalized gym experience that focuses on individualized attention. Unlike other fitness centers, we have a maximum capacity of 12 people per class, allowing us to give each client the attention they need to reach their fitness goals. As we are in the process of scaling up and looking for a larger space, our commitment to our clients remains unwavering – we will never have more than 20-22 clients in a class at a time. This means that every client will continue to receive the personalized support and guidance that sets us apart from other fitness centers. Our focus will always be on our clients, ensuring that they receive the best possible experience and achieve their fitness objectives in a supportive and individualized environment.
  • Can you work out with Breast Implants
    It's essential to be cautious when considering any intense workout routine, especially with breast implants. While EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) workouts can be effective for muscle strengthening and toning, they involve electrical impulses that stimulate your muscles, and depending on the intensity, they could potentially affect the area around your breast implants. Ultimately, the decision to do EMS workouts with breast implants should be made in consultation with your surgeon, taking into account your individual circumstances and any potential risks or limitations. Prioritize your safety and well-being above all else.
  • Do you offer a waitlist
    Yes, we do offer a waitlist for our fitness classes. If a class is full, you have the option to join the waitlist. The waitlist updates every hour, so if a spot opens up, the next person on the waitlist will be notified. However, if you are moved onto the waitlist, it is expected that you show up for the class if a spot becomes available. If you do not show up after being notified of an opening, you will be charged a no-show fee of $25. We encourage all our members to be considerate of others and to cancel their spot if they are unable to attend, so that those on the waitlist have the opportunity to join the class.
  • Can I change my reservation
    Yes, as long as it's whithin the 8hr window. If not, you will be charged the $25 no-show fee.
  • What is your cancellation policy
    Planning and scheduling are important for our business and for our clients. Our class shcedule opens up two weeks in advance. They book up fast. Please make sure to plan accordinally and snatch up your slot. We ask if you are not able to make the class, you cancel at least 8 hours prior. This allows others on the waitlist to get their workout in. After 8 hours, we consider this a late cancellation, and you forfeit the class. We will charge you a late fee of $25.
