Shock Room Fitness utilizes a wireless EMS training suit that offers several approaches to working out. Due to its innovative software, the training suit can be customized to each individual during a workout session. With the control monitor, the strength of the shock stimulation can be adjusted along with which program setting is being used. Several program settings are provided depending on what the desired results are of the client.
The most unique part about the EMS training suits is the range of program settings available to clients. With over 20 different settings, clients have a wide range of workouts to choose from. Each setting is designed with unique frequency and pulse width combinations for different targeted results, providing a more efficient workout. A setting designed for individuals in good shape looking to further improve strength and speed. Popular among athletes, the fitness setting creates instantaneous maximum for capacity in the shortest amount of time.
The body slimming setting allows for both generalized and localized weight loss. This setting provides a longer, deep shock period to create an intense burn.

New to Shock Room Fitness?
All new clients begin with an Intro Class or they can choose a Strength Session to get familiar with our Boi Jacket, workout movements, and the sense of EMS, which is different for everyone.
Remember, Shock Room Fitness sessions are limited due to COVID-19 so be sure to book ahead of time!
PREPARE FOR A WORKOUT
As with any fitness, or strength training workout the proper uniform is SO important. All our workouts require sneakers and Shock Room Fitness's proprietary undergarments.
Our undergarments are designed to aid in the connection between the body and the Bio Jacket. Please note that we do wet the Bio Jacket electrodes with water to transmit the stimulation to your muscles. After every Session, the Bio Jacket is sanitized and storage in a Purifying UV Cabinet to eliminate any bacteria or viruses.
For your first session, undergarment rental is complimentary. For every session after your first class, undergarments are available for purchase ($50) or rental ($5).*

We have a changing room with lockers to store your belongings.
Once you have changed into your Shock Room Undergarments, your trainer will guide you into the studio and set you up with your fitted Bio Jacket.
