We require 24-hour notice in case of any cancellations or changes to your appointment. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24-hour notice, or you missed your session with out notice, you will be charged $50. Emergency situation: We understand that emergencies can happen. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution. How to reschedule or cancel: If you need to reschedule your appointment or reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
